Eightcap Global’s CFD Products via Bitazza Platform

These derivative products (“Service”) are provided by Eightcap Global Ltd (Company No. 204033B) of 201 Church Street, Sandyport, New Providence, The Bahamas (“Eightcap Global”). Eightcap provides trading services in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities (“Services”). Eightcap Global is registered in the Bahamas and is authorized and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB), (SIA-F220).

Bitazza International Limited (“Bitazza”, “we”, “our” or “us”), operates as a technology service provider, enabling you access to Eightcap Global’s platform (“Eightcap Global’s Platform”). These terms as set forth below (collectively referred to as the “Terms”) govern the agreement between you, as a user of EightCap’s Platform (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and us.

1. Account. To access derivative products on EightCap Global’s Platform through Bitazza, you must create a Client Derivative Trading Account (“Derivatives Trading Account”). We will collect your information and/or require the submission of documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify your identity.

2. Bitazza Service. Bitazza will carry out the Know Your Client (KYC) process to verify your identity before granting access to Eightcap Global’s Platform. Please note that any deposits, transfers, and trading activities in the Derivative section facilitated by Bitazza shall be considered as direct transactions with Eightcap on Eightcap Global’s Platform.

3. Relationship between Eightcap and User. By using Eightcap Global’s Platform, you agree to be bound directly by the terms of the Client Agreement on Eightcap Global’s Platform and will be a client of Eightcap Global for the purposes of the Derivative Products.

4. Exclusion of Liability. We provide the KYC service strictly as set forth in Section 2 (Bitazza Service). Therefore, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, economic loss, or other incidental costs related to the Service provided by Eightcap Global’s Platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence arising out of us.

5. User’s Personal Data. You acknowledge, understand, and agree that we will collect your personal information confidential and otherwise sensitive Client information (e.g. KYC information and documents collected by us as part of the onboarding process) on behalf of Eightcap Global and will share them with Eightcap Global.

6. Risk Acknowledgement. These Services involve a high level of risk. Before entering into any transactions with this Service, you should carefully evaluate your objectives, financial situation, and level of experience. You should only use this Service if you fully understand the risks involved.

7. Fee. You acknowledge and agree that you will be subject to the fees available on both Bitazza’s Platform and Eightcap Global’s Platform, as detailed on each respective platform. Bitazza and Eightcap Global reserves the right to change these fees at any time.
